The tiff between DISH and Disney turned out to be in favor of DISH Network and its customers, as a federal judge in U.S. District Court lying in the Southern District of New York denied the plea of The Walt Disney Co., where it requested that DISH Network should stop showing Disney movies such as Alice in Wonderland and Top Story 3. However, the judge passed verdict against the company although without any explanation.
